  • We’ll catch up 6 weeks prior to your wedding and discuss all of the details for your upcoming day. This handover meeting includes vendor responsibilities and contact information, wedding day logistics, ceremony and reception timings, set-up notes and more.

  • From here, we’ll use our expert organisation skills (and serious love of checklists!) to create a detailed run sheet, including a complete timeline for the day, food & beverage service, floor layout and seating plans, vendors and VIP contacts to ensure your wedding day runs seamlessly.

  • Prior to your wedding, we’ll touch base with your suppliers, vendors, MC and all other important contacts with a brief, as we manage the weeks leading up to your wedding day - leaving you to relax, pop the champagne and enjoy this time with your partner, bridal party and family!

  • On the day itself, we’ll have all hands on deck to ensure your wedding runs exactly as you’ve envisioned. Coordination commences in the morning with the set up and styling of your ceremony and reception, full coordination of the ceremony proceedings and post-wedding photography, assistance with guests transportation from ceremony to reception, coordination of pre-dinner drinks & canapés, the reception entry, speeches, dancing, cake cutting and all supplier bump-ins, set-up and organisation. We’ll be your trusted “go-to” person on the day for everything wedding-related, and will ensure no small detail is overlooked.
