PLANNING

Our Wedding Planning Services are designed to not only let you enjoy and savour the complete wedding day itself, but to ensure all of the logistical, administrative and detail planning elements are also taken care of in the lead up to your wedding day. If you are time poor, unsure of what weddings should cost, or how to source the best suppliers to suit your needs, we offer a full planning service which takes place 12 months prior to your preferred wedding date. We also offer Partial Planning for those who have already booked some of their own suppliers and need that extra little bit of assistance pulling together the overall look and orchestrating the day.

Our Planning Service includes:

- First and foremost we will establish your overall wedding budget and from here, separate your budget into the areas that are required, determining appropriate spends for suppliers, and areas of importance within your wedding scope.

- Following this, we shall determine the suppliers you require bookings for, and put forward a selection of the best suppliers to suit your style and budgetary requirements. Once booked, we manage the entire administrative process and logistics with each supplier for your wedding.

- Once all your suppliers are locked in, we finalise your styling plans and lock in all the details in relation to your venue requirements, ceremony time frames, supplier logistics and accessibility details. We will then commence the pre-planning process as per the Wedding Day Coordination details noted below.

- As we have worked closely with you from the beginning and liaised with your suppliers, vendors and MC we will be well equipped to orchestrate your wedding with professional excellence.

- Our Partial Planning Service applies to couples who have booked in some elements of their wedding, however need a planner to take on the administrative and logistical communications with suppliers and vendors.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

We take the planning reins from you a few weeks out from your wedding and will personally oversee the entire wedding day. We will troubleshoot any issues that may occur and provide continuous support to the bride, groom, bridal party, MC and family members ensuring a day to remember, for all the right reasons.

Our Coordination Service includes

- A meeting will take place 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding where we will discuss all the details of your day including all supplier and logistical information & all ceremony & reception related details. From here we shall create a detailed personalised run sheet for you inclusive of all timings for the day, food & beverage, layout and seating plans, and Vendors and VIP contacts to ensure your wedding can run seamlessly on the day. Prior to your wedding, your suppliers, MC and all other important contacts will hear from us with a brief ensuring the weeks leading up to your wedding day are relaxing and stress free for you, your bridal party and your family.

- On the day, we will be there to ensure your wedding day runs exactly as you have planned with us. Coordination commences in the morning with the set up and styling of your ceremony and reception, full coordination of the ceremony proceedings; the photography that follows, assistance with guests transportation from ceremony to reception, coordination of pre-dinner drinks & canapés, the reception entry, speeches, dancing, cake cutting and all of the supplier bump-ins, set-up and organisation throughout the day. We shall be the 'go-to' on the day for everything relating to your wedding, and shall ensure every detail is covered.

STYLING + DESIGN

Our team offers an extensive selection of event design services, including floristry, stationery, tablescape installations, cake aesthetics, lighting and furniture. We are happy to assist you with a single design element or design your entire event. Contact our design team to discuss your vision and needs.

Our Styling Service includes:

- An initial consultation 6 months prior to your wedding day. At this meeting we discuss your vision and ideas to create a unique concept for your wedding.

- Following our initial consult, we put together a design brief and visual mood board. Inclusive of flowers, lighting, furnishings, tablescapes, stationery, accessories, linen and much more. You shall be able to visualise and read a descriptive vision to ensure we are on the same page

- Finally, we will present an itemised quotation listing all styling elements as discussed in your initial consultation, mood board and design brief. From here, we provide two complimentary edits to tweak and tailor the styling to suit your budget and up until one month prior to your wedding date.
